Research-use prediction entry

Predict Your H&E Image

Upload H&E or WSI images, run HistoOmniST prediction, then inspect the generated virtual spatial maps and download one integrated report.

Checking service status Confirming whether the prediction service is available
01 Upload image

Choose SVS, TIFF, PNG, or JPG files. Files are handled inside a private job workspace.

02 Run prediction

Dense defaults are used unless you open advanced settings to change spatial sampling.

03 View result

Completed jobs open directly as spatial maps, H&E thumbnails, state maps, reports, and downloads.

Images to Predict

Research-use notice: HistoOmniST outputs are model-derived virtual spatial signals from H&E images. They are not paired ST measurements and should not be used for clinical decision-making.
No file selected.
Advanced prediction settings Default settings generate gene maps, spatial-program maps, state maps, and an integrated report. Open this only when you need to control point density or output types.
Spatial sampling density Dense prediction
Default mode generates more spatial points for formal gene-map inspection.

Core logic: each accepted H&E patch predicts one virtual spatial point. Smaller stride creates denser points and higher runtime cost.
